Most window blind companies are built for one job size and struggle outside it. A firm geared for single-home work cannot phase an installation across an occupied apartment building. A contract-only supplier will not send someone to measure two bedrooms.
We run both from the same operation. Residential jobs go through the standard quote, measure, fabricate and install pipeline. Commercial work adds a dedicated project manager, drawing-based pricing, fire-rated specification where required, and phased installation scheduled around trading hours or a construction programme.
The specification changes between them. The installation team does not.

Most blind and shade companies leave the customer managing the handovers. You get a quote from one party, a measurement from another, and a fitting date from a third, and when something does not line up you are the one making the calls.
We hold the whole job. One agreement covers the measurement, the manufacture, the installation date and the warranty, so there is a single number to call and a single company answerable for the result. That does not make the work faster. It makes it traceable, which matters far more when something needs adjusting two years later.
